AI-Generated Content: You are solely responsible for Your Content, including any output generated by our AI tools based on your inputs. You represent and warrant that Your Content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding Your Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of TuringsCat Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors.

12. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
